Return Conditions
You can return your product within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. For "Blind Box" products, we only accept returns if the product is still in its blister pack. Please note that any returned product that does not meet these criteria may not be accepted for a refund.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email at contact@ksaem.com . In your message, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with all the necessary instructions for completing the return, as well as a return form to include in your package.

Return Fees
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. This process typically takes 1 to 2 business days. After inspection, we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Please note that the total processing time may vary depending on the return shipping time.

All refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it may take for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Ineligible Products
All "Blind Box" types with the blister removed.
