Shipping Policy

Shipping Zones
We currently only ship our products to France. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside of these areas at this time.

Processing Times
All orders placed on K-Saem are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods and Fees
We offer our customers the opportunity to choose the carrier that best suits their needs from several options available when ordering. Delivery fees vary depending on the carrier selected, the delivery location, and the total amount of the order. These fees are clearly indicated before confirming the purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimated between 4 and 8 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that these times may vary depending on the destination and local conditions.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package in real time using the link provided in this email.

Returns and Exchanges
At K-Saem, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Returns are the customer's responsibility; however, we cover the shipping costs for exchanges. If your product is lost during delivery, we will resend you a new item at our expense.
